Meet Ashley!

Ashley Atchison is a certified health coach focused on a food as medicine approach to health and wellness.

Ashley is a Texas native who is now living in South Carolina with her husband, two kids and dog. She enjoys the beach and working out, peanut butter is her love language and she has a passion for using real food as fuel to fight disease in the mind and body.

She is intentional in her approach to address imbalances within your body and dig deep to find the ROOT cause of symptoms. She focuses on diet, lifestyle and supplements to treat YOU as a person, not just the disease.

Through her own personal health journey, she determined that sometimes introducing pharmaceuticals is really just a bandage for disease. Too many times chemicals are used to "fix" a number on a lab sheet.

This is what led her down her path in healing and inspired her to start a new career in the holistic wellness space.

Ashley is passionate about helping others truly feel their best, whether they have a little or a long way to go.

Everyone has a story that has led them down their path and this is a chapter in mine!

In 2019 I lost my dad unexpectedly, followed by my mom in 2020. To say I was devastated wouldn't be accurate. I was lost. I was broken.

Processing the death of both my parents and raising my two children during a pandemic, I went into survival mode. I was just trying to make it through the day and onto the next so I neglected my health. I overexercised, under ate, kept my stress levels high and running on caffeine.

I was on the path of crash and burn when several symptoms came to the surface. Despite all of my lab work being 'normal' I knew I was anything but. I had developed anxiety, heart palpitations, brain fog and  gained weight, just to name a few. I felt burnt out, tired, wired and sad. But I was determined to get to the root of it all.

Then Everything Changed...

I finally had functional lab testing done and was diagnosed with Hashimotos.

I knew I needed a major lifestyle shift and wanted to heal holistically, so I went on my own healing journey with a gut-first approach to heal my symptoms. I changed my nutrition habits, added in quality targeted supplements, focused on my mental well being and changed my mindset.

Through these changes, I saw remarkable results and made it through the darkest of times.

The struggles of my personal health and healing journey made me passionate in helping other individuals heal and get back to the way our bodies are meant to feel!
